Terms and Conditions

All art pieces are created by hand and as such may have minor variations to those pictured. Like any plant or person no one can be exactly alike.
I use high quality and very soft minky fabric, hypoallergenic polyfill, and aluminum wire armatures in the dolls.
It's not recommended for the dolls to get wet beyond a light spot clean.  These dolls are meant to be gently handled but are still delicate. I am happy to give advice on repairs but cannot offer refunds or to repair them for you at this time.  

Plush Art Doll Commission Terms and Service Contract

1. Introduction

This contract is entered into between Little Sproutling Nursery and the client for the commission of a plush art doll as described in the commission request and agreed upon terms by purchasing through this site or through plushypuppy@gmail.com.

2. Commission Payment

2.1. A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total quoted price is required before work on the commission will commence.

2.2. The remaining balance shall be paid upon completion of the plush art doll or earlier.

3. Communication

3.1. Timely communication is essential for the successful completion of the commission.

3.2. If the Buyer fails to respond to communication for a period exceeding three (3) weeks, the commission may be considered abandoned, and Little Sproutling Nursery may retain any funds already received.

4. Revisions

4.1. Minor revisions necessary to achieve the original design concept are included in the commission price and will be accommodated.

4.2. Major changes or revisions that significantly alter the original design may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties.

5. Cancellation

5.1. Little Sproutling Nursery reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason. In the event of an Artist-initiated cancellation, a full refund of any funds received will be provided to the Buyer.

5.2. If the Buyer cancels the commission after payment, Little Sproutling Nursery will retain 40% of the full payment originally quoted for the piece. The remaining balance will be refunded to the Buyer.

6. Ownership and Copyright

6.1.Little Sproutling Nursery retains ownership and copyright of the plush art doll.

7. Delivery

7.1. Little Sproutling Nursery will provide an estimated delivery date, but delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.

7.2. Shipping costs and any associated fees are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.
